Refund Policy for Withdrawals at Narayana Coaching Centers

The Company works transparently. Our Refund policy ensures that all refunds are processed fairly. In case, where a student expresses her intention of not continuing with the course, and withdrawing her admission, we would require a refund application from the Parent / Guardian of the student (along with the relationship with student) to be submitted to info@narayanagroup.com. For refund applications via email, the date of email will be taken into consideration for calculation of the refund amount. The refund amount will be processed only in the “Savings Account” and not in any other type of account of the parent of the student. Refund amount will be credited through NEFT/ RTGS mode only. Parent must submit the canceled cheque for the same.

NOTE:

Week 1 will be counted from the date of Registration of the student or the date of the start of the Batch, whichever is later.
Course fee component eligible for calculation of Refund (for Narayana Live Course) is the sum of the Admission Fee, Tuition fee, Exam & Technology fee Components paid. Registration Fee is NOT refundable under any circumstances whatsoever. Cost of services utilised calculation: Course Sales Price after discount/ scholarship (Admission fee, Tuition fee, Exam and Tech Fee) x No. of days services utilised / Total Course Duration.
Fee to be used for pro-rata calculation of service availed shall be on Course Sales Price as mentioned on www.narayanacoachingcenters.in after discount.
Total course duration is calculated from the Batch start date / Registration date, whichever is later, to the Course End date.
